Resveratrol

Resveratrol
Resveratrol is a polyphenol, a natural antioxidant that protects cells against dangerous, naturally occurring substances known as free radicals. It decreases the `stickiness’ of blood platelets and helps blood vessels remain open and flexible. Since it is not an essential nutrient, Resveratrol is not associated with a deficiency state.
